As Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Gaudete Development, Matt creates, produces and edits images, videos and broadcasts for the company and clients.
Prior to co-founding Gaudete, Matt served in various creative and marketing roles for Fortune 500 companies. Matt earned his B.A. in General Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia with an emphasis on marketing, advertising and graphic design.
With 25 years of advertising industry experience, Matt has the expertise to help clients effectively communicate their message through multiple media platforms. An artist first, Matt shares his vision and Thought Leadership with organizations such as Conscious Capitalism, Opportunity Hub, the Biomimicry Institute and the Buckminster Fuller Institute, among others.
Pat McGee
Director of Sales
As Director of Sales for Gaudete Development, Pat helps clients achieve their marketing goals from the creative stage through implementation.
Pat earned his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia with an emphasis on advertising and sales. Prior to joining Gaudete, Pat served in various sales and marketing roles for a variety of product manufacturers and service providers.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Pat has the expertise to help clients effectively communicate their brand's message through multiple media platforms.
Pat is an avid musician and performs regularly around the Midwest.
Michael Kubala
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer of Gaudete, Michael Kubala is a software engineer and oversees Gaudete's suite of IT platforms and programs, system integrations and software development teams.
Michael earned his B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and has technical expertise in Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, NodeJS, Gulp, Python, SQL, C# and software expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Visual Studio and NetSuite ERP.
With over 15 years of experience in web design and management of Information Technology teams, Michael keeps Gaudete's IT systems running at optimal levels in a secure environment. His personal projects include video game development and robotics programming.
Matt Franklin
Video Cinematographer, Director & Production
As Chief Cinematographer of Gaudete Development, Matt captures high quality images and video for all company projects and clients.
Matt earned his B.A. in Film and Media Studies from the University of Kansas, where he mastered the art of lighting and camera techniques. He has worked with a diverse group of clients, including local breweries, music festivals, and more.
As a young professional in a quickly evolving industry, Matt stays up to date with current visual and technological trends, and has an expertise of a variety of cameras and video equipment.
Clay Stallings
Account Executive and New Business Lead
The personification of Hustle, Clay is a natural Rainmaker, Connector and Project Manager.
When Cannabis became legal in California, Clay bought a Winnebago, grabbed his two dogs and high-tailed it out to Oakland where he immersed himself in the Cannabis Industry, from establishing grow houses to setting up and managing the buildout of more than a few Dispensaries. Dealing with this new industry nationwide is almost 100% experienced-based - and Clay’s resume is long and distinguished.
